Return & Refund Policy – ZIMMELO

At ZIMMELO, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return guidelines carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.


Returns (Non-Personalized Items)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• New
• Unused
• In original condition

To request a return, please email you@zimmelo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized or personalized items.

However, your satisfaction remains our priority.

If your personalized order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at you@zimmelo.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will carefully review your case and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately, which may include a replacement or correction when necessary.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing you@zimmelo.com with photos.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not covered.


Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, ZIMMELO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Address errors not reported within 24 hours of placing the order may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
